Named in honor of the late John Hayworth, founder of Hayworth Seed. This was John’s favorite choice for all-around use in sun and shade. Combines the attributes of perennial ryegrass, fine fescue, and Kentucky bluegrass for excellent performance in home lawns. Wide range of adaptability throughout the Pacific Northwest.

“Dunes Cover” Brand

A blend of creeping red fescue, chewings fescue, and hard fescue. Good choice for dense shade and/or usage in and around trees, streams, rock features, etc. Popular usage is letting this blend grow to full mature height of 12” and mowing once or twice a year. This gives a silky, shining “blowing in the breeze” effect. Good choice as an accent grass next to other turf areas.

A blend of popular Ky. bluegrass varieties with an excellent track record for performance. New and improved varieties are showing a wider range of adaptability. Displays a rich, deep green color.
